Fighting moisture

Wilgoć

Moisture and its effects are well known. It is very difficult to remove damage caused by microorganisms that inhabit highly moits environments.

It is much more effective and cost-efficient to prevent the onset of the conditions that promote the growth of mould and bacteria. We offer both protection against moisture as well as materials for removing its effects.

DRYPROTECH is an effective way to dry walls and foundations.

Problems caused with the presence of water and moisture in buildings walls are commonplace, particularly in old buildings whose foundations are devoid of horizontal and vertical damp-proofing and waterproofing.

The innovative DRYPROTECH technology is used to dry, consolidate and produce water-repellence in old, wet brick, concrete and aerated concrete walls and to remove algae, fungi and other micro-organisms from them.
The main components of the system are the DRYPROTECH formulas which are aqueous solutions. The essence of the action of the formula comes down to the use of water contained within the wall as their carrier. This fundamentally distinguishes it from other popular hydrophobic formulas, which in most cases act on the surface or have a limited penetration depth (into the substrate).

Other products used in the restoration of heritage assets are mineral-based cement skim coat and plaster skim. The Cement Skim Coat is intended for rendering thin plasters on walls and ceilings and for other renovation, finishing and decorative work indoors and outdoors. Due to its properties, it is perfect for use in damp rooms. The product bonds well to concrete, cement and cement/lime substrates. The Plaster Skim is intended for rendering thin plasters, repairing of walls and ceilings, and other renovation, finishing and decorative work indoors. The product does not contain synthetic materials that may contribute to the loss of the heritage look and feel of the surface. It can be used to fill cavities and cracks in plaster. Thanks to their very good workability, both coats can be used to finish exceptionally smooth walls and ceilings. The great advantage is the white level produced, which reduces the costs associated with downstream painting.
