Offerings for industry sectors

The specific requirements for the use of construction products in industrial sectors result from high demands of the users and the much more difficult operating conditions of substrates.

Many products that work well in general construction cannot perform in industrial environments. For these special requirements we recommend:

The BIO SYSTEM is intended for protection of building surfaces (e.g. walls and floors) in indoor spaces exposed to increased humidity, including: breweries, dairies, slaughterhouses, production areas, warehouses, and more, against damage caused by microorganisms, mainly bacteria and mould. It is also excellent for indoor locations with periodic exposure to elevated humidity, like kitchens and bathrooms, and the indoor spaces which have traditional wooden windows replaced with PVC ones. It destroys the mycelium and bacterial colonies which inhabit contaminated surfaces, limiting the spread of spores in the air, and indirectly protecting manufactured products from deterioration originating from contaminated walls and floors in production processing rooms.

This system for protection of indoor spaces against mould includes:

Other products used in the restoration of heritage assets are mineral-based cement skim coat and plaster skim. The Cement Skim Coat is intended for rendering thin plasters on walls and ceilings and for other renovation, finishing and decorative work indoors and outdoors. Due to its properties, it is perfect for use in damp rooms. The product bonds well to concrete, cement and cement/lime substrates. The Plaster Skim is intended for rendering thin plasters, repairing of walls and ceilings, and other renovation, finishing and decorative work indoors. The product does not contain synthetic materials that may contribute to the loss of the heritage look and feel of the surface. It can be used to fill cavities and cracks in plaster. Thanks to their very good workability, both coats can be used to finish exceptionally smooth walls and ceilings. The great advantage is the white level produced, which reduces the costs associated with downstream painting.
